Every business has it's share of deadbeat customers.  These are the customers that drive up product pricing for everyone that shops at retail locations.

 Is it fair?

Hell no, therefore you can thank the following people for causing product pricing to go up.

  For a person to placed on the Page of Shame, they or their company wrote bad checks, wrote a bad check and failed to pay the return check charge, wrote checks on closed accounts, or charged a product and never paid for it.
