In Shop Rates
Computer Diagnostics Minimum Charge $40.00
SBS will diagnose problems and recommend repairs. This charge will be applied to the cost of the repair and is charged whether or not any repair work is done.
First Hour Repair Rates $75.00 plus parts*
Additional Hours $50.00 per hour plus parts
* All Computers SBS repairs will have a quality control check, and scanned for viruses.
** In Shop Warranty Work (SBS Computer Systems Only) will be done at no charge.
Telephone Support
Telephone support will be billed at $40.00 per hour in 30-minute increments.
Repair Warranty and Disclaimer
All parts used carry a minimum 1-year warranty. Labor is warranted for 30 days for the original problem. In no case will SBS Incorporated be liable for any damages arising from direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, theft; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption arising in any service or repair work performed.
